Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Jaipal Redhu (Redhu Engineering), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
1. Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your course purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date, subject to the conditions below.
2. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your request must be made within 7 days of purchase
- You must not have completed more than 25% of the course content
- You must not have received more than 2 refunds on your account (lifetime limit)
3. How to Request a Refund
- Contact Us: Visit our Contact Us page and submit a request with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include Details:
- Your registered email address
- Course name
- Purchase date
- Reason for refund (optional, but helps us improve)
- Wait for Confirmation: We will respond within 2-3 business days
4. Refund Processing
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days (depends on your bank)
- Full Amount: You will receive a full refund of ₹[purchase amount] with no deductions
5. After Refund
Once your refund is processed:
- Your access to the course will be revoked
- Your course progress will be reset
- You may repurchase the course at any time at the current price
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted if:
- Request is made after 7 days from purchase
- You have completed more than 25% of the course
- You have already received 2 refunds on your account (lifetime limit)
- Account was terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Fraudulent purchase or chargeback was initiated
7. Consultation Call Refunds
Refund eligibility for 30-minute consultation calls depends on when you cancel:
- More than 24 hours before the call: Full refund
- Less than 24 hours before the call: Non-refundable
- No-show: Non-refundable
- Technical fault on our side: Full refund or free reschedule
The lifetime limit of 2 refunds per account applies to call refunds. This limit is shared across all services (courses, calls, and document reviews).
8. Document Review Refunds
Refund eligibility for CV and document review services depends on the review status:
- Before review starts (pending_review): Full refund
- Review in progress (in_review): Non-refundable
- Review completed: Non-refundable
The lifetime limit of 2 refunds per account applies to document review refunds. This limit is shared across all services (courses, calls, and document reviews).
9. Legal Framework
This refund policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 of India.
