Who is this for?
Our courses and services are designed for Indian IT professionals with 3 to 10 years of experience who want to land a DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering job in Germany. I cover everything from navigating German job portals and LinkedIn outreach to German-style CVs, interview differences, salary negotiation, and visa and relocation.
Do I need to speak German?
No. Most DevOps and SRE roles in Germany are in English-speaking teams, especially at international companies. German language skills are a bonus but not a requirement for most tech roles.
What visa do I need to work in Germany?
The most common route is the EU Blue Card, which requires a university degree and a job offer with a minimum salary threshold. The course covers the full visa process, including alternatives like the Job Seeker Visa.
Are the courses suitable for beginners?
Our courses range from beginner to advanced levels. Each course page clearly indicates the difficulty level and prerequisites. If you have basic programming knowledge and familiarity with the command line, you can start with our beginner courses.
How long do I have access to a course?
You get lifetime access to any course you purchase. This includes all future updates and new content added to the course. Once enrolled, you can watch the videos as many times as you like.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking via Stripe. All payments are processed securely in INR (₹).
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, absolutely. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway (the highest level of certification). We never store your card details on our servers.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes! An invoice is automatically generated for every purchase and sent to your email. You can also download invoices from your Profile page.

How do I request a refund?
To request a refund, please visit our Contact Us page and submit a request with the subject line "Refund Request". Include your registered email, course name, and purchase date. We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
After approval, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The actual time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank (typically 3-10 additional business days for card payments).
Account & Access
How do I sign in?
We use Google and Apple Sign-In for secure, password-free authentication. Simply click "Sign In" and choose your preferred method. No need to remember another password!
I can't access my course after payment. What should I do?
First, try refreshing the page and signing out/in again. If the issue persists, check your email for the purchase confirmation. If you received confirmation but still can't access the course, please contact us with your transaction details.
Can I share my account with others?
No, accounts are personal and non-transferable. Each person needs their own account and course purchase. Sharing accounts violates our Terms of Service and may result in account suspension.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from your Profile page. Click "Delete Account" and confirm. There's a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel the deletion. After 30 days, your account and personal data will be permanently deleted. Learn more about data handling →
Technical Issues
What devices can I use to watch courses?
Our platform works on any device with a modern web browser - desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. We recommend using the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge for the best experience.
Can I download videos for offline viewing?
Currently, videos are only available for streaming online. This helps us protect the course content. However, you can watch videos on any device with an internet connection.
Videos aren't loading or are buffering. What should I do?
Try these steps: 1) Refresh the page, 2) Check your internet connection, 3) Try a different browser, 4) Clear your browser cache, 5) Try lowering the video quality. If problems persist, contact us.
Is my course progress saved?
Yes! Your progress is automatically saved as you watch videos. You can close the browser and come back later - the video will resume from where you left off. Progress is synced across all your devices.
